AI Conveyor

AI Conveyor is a product platform for implementing the framework of the AI Operating Model: a single flow of AI initiatives from idea to confirmed business impact.

The framework and methodology define what the model consists of and how to implement it in a company. The AI Conveyor platform answers the question of what teams use to run this work.

What the platform does

The platform closes the management loop of the framework in a single application — five core building blocks.

Capturing and routing initiatives

An AI assistant that helps you put together an initiative: a brief in chat or from a document, suggestions on products and similar cases, and quick flows such as "create an initiative."

AI product portfolio

A catalog of internal AI platforms and tools (RAG, ML platform, document AI, and more): each initiative is linked to a target product, and each product has its own delivery track.

AI initiative portfolio

The business funnel is a unified view of all initiatives by stage (new, assessment, delivery, awaiting impact): potential and impact on the columns, filters, and creation from a card or from a chat with AI.

Delivery and control

In the delivery stage there are tasks and artifacts for the initiative. Delivery stages can be configured for each AI product, as can the transition criteria between stages: stage gates, required fields, and field visibility. An initiative does not move forward without the rules being met — see the stage-gate model.

Impact and transparency

The dashboard shows portfolio KPIs, risks, economic impact (total, awaiting confirmation, confirmed), and the top initiatives. Impact statuses and metrics are covered in portfolio KPIs.

The result is not a set of scattered pilots, but a managed portfolio with owners, statuses, and decisions at every stage.
