Methodology
On Elevator pitch we state the diagnosis: many pilots do not become sustained value, and technology without an operating model does not close the gap.
That page also shows the formula for one initiative and the three-step loop — intake, product portfolio, delivery.
Here — how to land that loop in the company (methodology) and what it is built from (framework).
Framework, methodology, product
Three terms — three levels:
| Term | What it is | Question it answers |
|---|---|---|
| Framework | Components that build the AI operating model: principles, roles, initiative and AI product portfolios, funnels, stage gates, playbooks, artifacts, rituals | What is the AI management system made of? |
| Methodology | How to implement the framework in the company: stages, governance, rituals, moving from pilots to a managed loop | How do you land the framework as a working operating model? |
| AI Conveyor | Product (platform) to run the framework: portfolio, funnels, gates, artifacts, analytics in the app | What tool do teams use day to day? |
How to read
If you are looking for an answer to a challenge
| Challenge | Where in the docs |
|---|---|
| Pilots never reach production | AI initiative portfolio, lifecycle, pilot, handover |
| Weak prioritization and governance | Operating model, business funnel, delivery track |
| Duplicated solutions | AI product portfolio, product model |
| Impact not confirmed | Measure AI impact, artifacts |
If you are looking for answers by role
| Role | Where to start |
|---|---|
| Head of AI function | Operating model → Insights |
| Head of infrastructure | System architecture → data model |
| AI product owner | AI product portfolio → Select an AI product |
| Project lead / delivery | Initiative lifecycle, delivery track, artifacts |
| Adjacent function | AI initiative portfolio, artifacts, processes |
